It’s impossible to do a search well without an intimate understanding of your company’s culture. We strive to learn everything we can about your organization and open position. Most importantly, we strive to learn who you are looking for, rather than what you’re looking for.
Based on our Discovery conversation with you, we create an evaluation of your company, team, culture, and dynamics. We evaluate your position in the marketplace with your competitors and build out a thoughtful profile of your firm that we’ll use when recruiting the best talent.
Though we begin having important conversations with candidates initially, this is when the heavy lifting begins. We utilize our vast network to have conversations with top talent on the market. Keep in mind, we operate confidentially. We do not disclose your company’s opportunity until we’ve determined the prospective candidate is a great match.
After we’ve scoured the market, we confidentially present a candidates to you. We include a bio, profile, list of accomplishments, resume, and our assessment of how each person would blend in and improve your culture.
As your partner, we assist in scheduling interviews with approved candidates, we provide feedback to both parties, and we help ensure a solid relationship is formed. We also walk both parties through every step of the negotiation, from background checks to start dates. We are hands-on throughout the resignation process well beyond the candidate’s start date.
